I wear no aspects, other than truth
I never spoke a lie to you
No honeyed words, to move you
There's no wicked tongue, behind sharp teeth
Nor deception, and treachery
Spooled out like venomous elixir
No crooked eyes, nor crooked mouths
No abandoned responsibilities
Only bonds of blood
I wear the mask you affixed
Which I cast aside
I am not as you see me, but as I am
Blemished, proud
And unwilling to feed the fury
I never meant to light
Through unrestrained ardor
Flawed obsession, I could not restrain
Nothing more is there than this
Only a man, that grew too possessive of the light

You have a gift my friend, glad you’re sharing it with us!
Damn you! This was beautiful!
